Screens are blank. |
If you have connected it to the multiplexer (CNEM) and one of the screens is blank, the possible cause could be a faulty port or a faulty cable.
Please try plugging the screen into a different port on the CNEM to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, replace the CAT5 cable.
If it still doesn't work, then please replace the screen, although it's less likely, the screen might be faulty.
