PHOTO & DESCRIPTION

The CRFS2 is a compact wireless sensor used for the control of zone temperatures and air conditioning units on iZone systems

1️⃣ Antenna: The sensor antenna transmits the status of the sensor to the C225 module using iZone proprietary 433mHz wireless protocol

2️⃣ Pair Button: Press the pair button to pair the sensor to the system. See details in configuration on how to pair a sensor

3️⃣ Sensor: The sensor measures the temperature of the air inside the sensor

4️⃣ Battery: The CR2032 battery is clipped into the battery holder. To remove the battery requires a small screw driver or similar tool to ensure they are child proof

The battery should last between 1-2 years before requiring replacement

5️⃣ Indicator: This indicates the direction you want to install the compact sensor onto the wall

6️⃣ Pair Button: Press the pair button to pair the sensor to the system. See details in configuration on how to pair a sensor

7️⃣ Battery Plate: The battery is held in place by the battery backing plate

8️⃣ Battery Tab: The clear plastic battery tab will be here, simply pull on the plastic to remove it

QUICK GUIDE - HOW TO PAIR A

WIRELESS SENSOR TO CPU?

  • Remove the wireless sensor cover gently, using a flathead screwdriver

  • Remove the battery tab

  • Press and hold the PAIR button on the sensor and press PAIR icon on screen

  • Blue LED will flash rapidly and screen prompts updating information

  • Using a small flathead screwdriver, set the dip switch number on sensor to match it with the zone number that sensor will be installed

  • Click on Settings > Configuration > Configure Aircon > insert system password ‘wamfud’> Click on zones tab and change zone type to WIRELESS

  • Back in main menu, click on the zones summary and press the sensor button

  • When LED turns blue on sensor, zone status will change to climate control

  • When LED turns red on sensor, zone status will change to close

  • Make sure you see all three temperature setpoints, actual temperature and induct temperature on the screen

  • COMPACT SENSOR

    1️⃣ Use mini level and mark wall with pencil, best situated at 1600mm from ground (But not directly under ceiling outlet)

    2️⃣ Pull compact sensor apart into 2 parts – Sensor and Wall attachment

    3️⃣ Peel off sticky back from wall attachment and stick to wall, take note of which side is indicating ‘UP’

    4️⃣ Mark wall attachment with zone number/name

    5️⃣ Remove battery tab

    6️⃣ Go to screen or open App

    7️⃣ Hold down pair button on sensor, make sure blue light is visible when pressing pair button indicating battery is active

    8️⃣ Click pair button on screen or App

    9️⃣ Choose which zone you want to pair to (or RF sensor)

    1️⃣0️⃣ Continue holding pair button and now select Pair

    1️⃣1️⃣ Notification will either succeed or fail, if failed repeat above steps

    1️⃣2️⃣ Once successful, change zone to climate

    1️⃣3️⃣ Mark sensor with zone number/name on battery tab, not the front!

    1️⃣4️⃣ Head back to wall attachments and match up sensor and wall attachment with marked zone name/numbers

    1️⃣5️⃣ Insert sensor, take note of which side is indicating ‘UP’
