Requires Braemar proprietary controller for setup |
Connect the Braemar proprietary wired controller to the FCU PCB
Enter the service mode parameters
To enter Service Mode, power must be connected to the unit and proprietary wired controller, and the unit must be switched 'OFF' at the wall control. Follow the steps below and refer to the function and parameter setting table
3. As per the instructions set the sensor to return air for all modes
4. Set the iZone control setting
5. Set the required static pressure setting
6. Cycle the power to the AC unit
7. Connect a 2 core, twisted pair control cable from the C225 / C325B X / Y to CN1 in the fan coil unitnot critical |
Connect the LG supplied cable from the fan coil unit to the iZone C225 module Only use the black and yellow cables
Connect black and yellow wires only: Use the connector supplied with the LG unit to connect from the fan coil to the iZone C225. Only connect the black and yellow cables to the C225. Polarity is not critical
LG control cable: Connect black and yellow cables only.
Red cable not used: Red cable is not required for iZone connection
Indoor fan coil unit PCB: Note connector CN1
Connector and short cable provided: Insert the connector and short cable (see image below) into the connector CN1. Note the correct polarity for X & Y. Polarity is critical
C225 AC unit connector: Connect AC unit cable from fan coil to C225 as indicated
Polarity is critical: Make sure it is wired in accordance with these instructions on both the CN1 connector on the fan coil PCB and the C225 cable connector
