Make sure your iZone Wi-Fi bridge (COCB), Nexus screen meet the firmware requirement
C225 F3.51 / COCB F4.12 / NEXUS F2.15 / NANO F2.13 / iZONE HOME APP 2.1.0
iZone Wi-Fi bridge is active and connected, the status is Online
The iZone World wide LED is flashing or on
The SONOS system is connected to the same subnet as the iZone Wi-Fi bridge

LINK SONOS & IZONE WORLDWIDE ACCOUNTS |
1️⃣ Scroll down to Entertainment:
2️⃣ Press Connect: Press the “Connect” icon to display the “Connect to” list
3️⃣ Select SONOS: From “Connect to” list, choose “SONOS”, then the iZone Home app will start scanning SONOS systems locally
4️⃣ Link SONOS: Press here to Link your SONOS and iZone Accounts
5️⃣ Get your SONOS account information: Before you get started read the information write down your SONOS account settings
6️⃣ Enter your SONOS account details: Enter your SONOS email and your SONOS account password
7️⃣ Read the information and press Okay: Read the information displayed and press Okay if you agree
