Missing AC icons on the screen.

Sometimes the wall control panel does not show the AC controls on the screen. there might be a few reasons for that and can be rectified.

If you are facing this issue, you can check the following in order to resolve this problem:

Start with resetting the wall control panel:

For Nexus panel:

There will be a reset button that will need to be pressed on the screen

  • If in Landscape the button will be in the bottom left corner underneath the screen

  • If in Portrait the button will be on the top left corner on the side

Once the button is pressed the screen will go blank but if you touch the screen to wake it up you will be presented with a start-up screen. Once that sequence is finished check if you are able to see the AC controls.

For Nano Panel or old Izone wall control panel CCTS:

There will be a reset button that will need to be pressed on the screen

  • If in Portrait the small physical blue button will be underneath the panel itself

Once the button is pressed the screen will go blank but if you touch the screen to wake it up you will be presented with a start-up screen. Once that sequence is finished check if you are able to see the AC controls.

Hard Reset the entire Air Conditioner from outdoor unit power:

In order to do the hard reset of the entire Aircon you can find the power source to it or the oscillator and turn it off for 15 min and bring it back on, this should reset the entire system and the Aircon icons should come back on the wall control panel.

If your issue is still not resolved please check the AC Unit Status below.

Check the AC Unit Status:

For Nexus panel:

Tap on settings > Configuration > Configure Air Conditioner > password: wamfud > AC Unit > and then scroll down by pressing the down arrow

For Nano Panel or old Izone wall control panel CCTS:

Tap on AC Unit next to the AC On/Off and check the system status.

If the AC Unit Status says No Comms or not connected that means there is something wrong with your AC Unit Module C325# or the wiring. In this instance, we would suggest you call your installer or technician to have a look at it as it requires the rewiring or replacement for C325#.
