I have used 3 double adaptors to connect 4 zones into one port on the CPU but the zone is not working

If you are not able to use the zones using the two or three double adaptors (CDAKs) that is due to the design of the system. 

CDAKs is only capable to multiply 1 zone port to 2. you cannot use the 2 double adaptors to one port and it will show zone damper fault or zone not detected on the wall control panel.
