One of the Zones (9 to14) or the iSave is not working when there are more than 8 Zones
If your home has more than 8 zones installed and one of the zones from 9 to 14 is not functioning, or if your iSave is not working, it indicates that a port on the network extender (CEXT) may be faulty. In this case, you might need to replace the CEXT or do the following.
If you have free ports available (for instance, if you have zones 9-13 installed), you can try skipping the faulty port. To do this, unplug the zone motor from the faulty port and connect it to an unused port. Then, shift the cables following the faulty port for all remaining zones one port ahead. After that, navigate to Settings > Configurations > Configure Air Conditioner and enter the password: wamfud
. Then, select Options, press the down arrow several times to find Skip Zone Port, and select the faulty port to skip it.
If you do not have any available ports, we recommend replacing the CEXT, as you will be unable to perform the skip port function.
