Selector / Dial rotates but can’t select any icon/highlight box does not move

If you are facing an issue with the naked system and you are not able to select any icon by rotating the dial or selector this means that there is an issue with the battery.

In this scenario we recommend replacing the battery, however, if the issue is not resolved by replacing the battery, then press and hold the selector for three seconds to refresh the panel and that should resolve your issue. If your issue still persists, the panel might be faulty itself or there is a pairing issue with the iZone System. You can find more details HERE.
