If you encounter the error message "AC Name is incorrect" after entering your details, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Disconnect the Hub:
Unplug the hub from the internet to ensure it is not connected.
Check for the Same Error:
If the error still appears after disconnecting the hub, proceed to the next step.
Update the NOVA:
Ensure your NOVA device is up to date. Check for any available updates and apply them. To update Nova please follow the steps given below.
Menu>settings>Nova settings> Nova update
Reset the Hub:
If the error persists, locate the reset button on the hub and press it to reset the device.
