Zones are not opening on Climate/Auto mode
If your Aircon works fine on Open/Close but wont work on Climate/Auto mode, one of the following could be the reason,
Missing Induct/Supply Air Temperature sensor (CDTS)
Possible reason of this fault is the induct temperature sensor not being installed. Please check on your Zone summary if there is any Induct Temperature value being displayed.
If there is no temperature value above the induct temp section please follow the steps given below to verify:
Settings → Configuration → Configure Aircon → Enter the Password(wamfud) → navigate to Options tab on the top → here make sure the Hide Induct Temperature option is not selected (If it is eeabled, it will be marked in black and in that case, please ddsable it by tapping it ).
If that option is disabled and still there is no induct temperature on the zones, this indicates that Induct temperature sensor (CDTS) is not installed (contact Installer for further help).
Controlling sensor
If you can see the induct temperature value but the system is still not working on Climate/Auto mode, please make sure that controlling sensor is set on Zones.
To check the controlling sensor, please follow the steps below:
Settings → Configuration → Configure Aircon → Enter the Password(wamfud) → navigate to Ac unit tab → tap on controlling sensor and click on "Zones" option if it is not selected already.
