How to calibrate the CCTS (Old Screen - Discontinued)

When tapping on one icon, the screen react on a different part of the screen.

• there is a blue reset button under the control panel.

• press the button one time only

• screen goes blank > tap on the screen to wake it up > wait for the rebooting stage to complete

• When the screen is back to normal, please monitor the screen and test.

   

• If above does not help and the issue persists we can try to re-calibrate the screen and test:

• Put one finger on the screen

• while holding a finger on the screen, press the blue button - keep your finger still on the screen until the White calibration screen shows up.

• remove the finger and start tapping on screen to follow the screen prompts.

• After the 4th dot pressed > screen will reboot

• After it is back to the normal page, monitor the screen and test.
