Pressing garage door on control panel do nothing/ unpluged on app

If you push the garage door button and there is no response, or there is a message of unpluged device, please follow the steps below to address the issue.

Please manually press the smart plug button; if it functions correctly and the garage door opens and closes, proceed with repairing and regrouping.

Take note of the group number, delete the smart plug, and then proceed with the repair and regrouping process.

Dont forget to select smart plug as garage door from device summary.
