HOW TO SETUP A WORLDWIDE ACCOUNT

  1. Connect bridge: Install the iZone bridge and pair to AC system

  2. Download iZone Home App: Go to the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store and down load the iZone Home App

  3. Turn Wi-Fi On: On your phone or tablet, make sure your Wi-fi is turned "on" and you are logged on to the same network as your iZone bridge is connected to

  4. Open App: Open the iZone home App

  5. Menu: Press Menu

  6. Worldwide: Press Worldwide

  7. Register Now: Press Register Now

  8. Account Info: Complete Account info > Given Name > Family Name > Email address > Password

  9. Location: Compete Home Location (This is the location where the system is installed). This information is "Optional" to comply with privacy policies, however it is critical for us to be able to send you accurate Weather Forecast and Air Quality for your location

  10. Link Devices: Select the Devices you would like to Link to here. (The iZone Bridges found on this network will be displayed here). Press Next

  11. Terms of Use: Please read, in full, and if you accept them press "Accept" and the button will change to a green tick

  12. Submit: Press Submit

  13. Verify: You will receive an email requesting you to verify your email address. Please check the details and verify if it is all correct

HOW TO SETUP MULTIPLE WORLDWIDE ACCOUNTS

iZone system owner: The first World Wide account linked to a device ID becomes the owner

  • If the owner’s account needs to be changed. Go to iZone worldwide account manage page to delete that device details

  • When the owner’s account is deleted or unbound from the device ID, all the shared accounts will also be automatically unbound from that device

  • Once the device ID is unbound from its previous owner’s account, it is ready to bound to a new owner

  1. Yellow triangle: The yellow triangle at Share Device indicates there is a request to share a device waiting to be approved by the ID owner

  2. New request to share: The new request to share a device will be shown in yellow

  3. Existing secondary accounts: Existing secondary accounts that are already approved to share are shown below in white with the toggle switch green to indicate that it has been approved to share

  4. Select Yes or No to share your device: By selecting Yes you are allowing the device to be shared. At any time, if the owner of iZone system ID does not want to share device to any secondary user they can simply toggle off that account in “Share Device” above screen
