ERROR: NO COMMS TO AC
If the controller displays the message “No Comms to AC”, this indicates that no communication is occurring between the indoor unit and the iZone system
Check your wiring from the indoor unit and iZone is correct, find the correct wiring diagram here: C325# Wiring Diagrams
Check the pin connections between the C225 (CPU) and the C325# module - Old Style
You will need a flat head screwdriver to separate the C225 & C325#
On the topside, put the flat head screwdriver under the tab and begin to slowly lever the modules apart
Once apart, inspect the pins for any damage, bent, broken, pushed in, if the male or female connectors have been damaged then you will need to order a replacement
If no damage has occurred, then reconnect the two modules
Perform a hard reset for 15mins for both the Unit and iZone
Be careful not to damage the male and female connectors when joining the C225 and C325#
Check the pin connections between the C225 (CPU) and the C325# module - New Style
You will need a Philips head screwdriver to separate the C225 & C325#
On the topside, there is a screw holding the modules together
Loosen the screw until it stops biting onto the C225
You should now be able to easily pull away the C325# from the C225
Once apart, inspect the pins for any damage, bent, broken, pushed in, if the male or female connectors have been damaged then you will need to order a replacement
If no damage has occurred, then reconnect the two modules
Perform a hard reset for 15mins for both the Unit and iZone
Be careful not to damage the male and female connectors when joining the C225 and C325#
AN ERROR CODE HAS APPEARED ON MY CONTROLLER!
If an error code appears on your controller with letters and numbers like E23, or H1, these error codes are related to the AC Unit and not the iZone system
You will need to contact your installer to inspect the operation of the AC unit and resolve the error that has appeared
