PHOTO AND DESCRIPTION
The Roller blind module is hard wired to the mains power and uses wireless RF for the control communication
This module is only suitable for locating indoors however, it can control blinds which have a suitable rating that are located outdoors or in wet areas
Roller Blind Motors - Important Please Read!
Please note there are many different blind motor brands, makes and models available, however only certain motors will work with the iZone Roller Blind Module
All roller blind motors used on an iZone roller blind module need to be 240V~50Hz with a 4 wire connection and suitable for home automation control (Such as C-Bus), all roller blind motors must be fitted with mechanical stops
Electronic stops will not work correctly
If the roller blinds are to be run in parallel (more than one blind operated by a single iZone roller blind module) the motors used must be suitable for parallel configuration
If the motors are not suitable for parallel operation you will need to install one iZone roller blind module for each roller blind
You can still operate them as a single blind by grouping the iZone roller blind modules in the configuration menu
Check with your roller blind supplier to ensure the motors you are using are correct
A list of compatible roller blind motors are listed below. This list is not comprehensive
Single blinds ( Non parallel operation)
Multiple blinds ( Parallel operation of multiple blinds from a single iZone module)
There are probably many more makes of blind motors that will work with the iZone module so please let us know if you successfully use a motor that is not listed above and we will add it to the appropriate section
1️⃣ Wireless antenna:
The wireless antenna should be screwed in tight and after installation it should point up
2️⃣ Manual Up / Down / Stop button:
To test the Roller Blind module you can press this manual button to toggle through Up, Down and Stop functions
3️⃣ Pair button:
To pair the Roller blind module to the system ensure there is power to the module> Press the pair button on the module > . At the same time press the pair button on the App or iZone touch screen. >The blue LED inside the module (close to the pair button) will flash rapidly to indicate the module is pairing to the system
4️⃣ Remove cover to expose terminals:
Remove the terminal cover to expose the wiring terminal. Wire in accordance with the wiring notation on printed on the top cover. There are also wiring restraint cable ties that should be used to restrain the wiring in place. This should only be done by and electrician
5️⃣ Mounting point:
There are two mounting points on the module to allow the module to be mounted to roof timbers

4️⃣ If the roller blinds being controlled are capable of being wired in parallel you may connect multiple blinds to a single roller blind module up to a maximum of 5 amps.
5️⃣ If the roller blinds being controlled are not capable of being wired in parallel you must connect one roller blind module to each blind
The blinds can still be controlled as a bank of blinds by grouping them in the iZone configuration menu
6️⃣ Test the blind control and switching using the manual UP/Down/Stop button on the module.
PAIRING
1️⃣ Pair the iZone Roller Blind module to the iZone Bridge by pressing the pair button on the Roller Blind Module and on the screen simultaneously
2️⃣ The blue LED adjacent to the pair button on the module will flash blue several times to indicate it is pairing
CONFIGURATION
