iZONE 110 SERIES |
110 is a basic low cost zone only control system which is suitable for switching zones Open and Closed

It is not possible to upgrade an iZone 110 system to the iZone 400 series however you will be able to use the iZone damper motors, zone cables, transformer and CAT 5E cables |

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ The C110MC can be installed on top of the indoor fan coil unit
2️⃣ Do not run the blue network cables alongside 240 Volt wiring
3️⃣ When installing network cables down wall cavities or chasing network cables into walls, tape up and protect the RJ45 connector to avoid damage to the connectors
4️⃣ Always install zones in consecutive ports starting at Zone 1. The back of the C110MC is marked with the zone port numbers
5️⃣ Do not directly hardwire the CT24ACE into the AC unit’s power supply. This may void the warranty as it will require an electrician in the event that repair of the iZone 110 system is required
6️⃣ Connect Zone Damper Actuators (CZDA) to the zone ports using the RJ12 cables as shown
7️⃣ Connect the Wall controller(s) (C110WC) to the C110WC ports using the RJ45 cables
8️⃣ Only connect the power supply to the CT24AC port after all components have been connected
9️⃣ Initialise the system
1️⃣ 0️⃣ Configure the system
SYSTEM INITIALISATION
All new or modified systems must be initialised prior to system configuration
To initialise the system press the button on the underside of any wall controller. This button is recessed so you will need to use a pen to press the button
The time to initialise the system will vary depending on the number of motors connected
The system will also initialise when power is restored after a power failure

iZone 150 Zone only and 155 is a basic low cost zone only control system which is suitable for switching zones Open and Closed
A summary of the features iZone 150 Zone only offers are listed below:
Up to 6 zones available
Zones air quantities can be balanced from the CEPC controller (no need for separate manual balancing dampers)
Zone airflows can be adjusted by the end user from the CEPC controller
Multiple CEPC controllers can be added
Zone temperatures can be controlled from CEPC if iZone sensors are fitted to the system
Label zone names from a standard library of names built into the controller
Electronic constants can be set-up

iZone Naked 400 & 405 is an inexpensive zone controller that uses a wireless controller (CEPC)
The Naked 400 & 405 series is for zone control only and does not integrate with the AC unit. Zones can be temperature controlled by adding iZone sensors and an induct temperature sensor
iZone 400 can be configured as 0-8 zones or 9-14 zones by adding a zone extension

iZone Naked 410 & 415 is an inexpensive integrated AC unit and zone controller that utilizes the end user's own smartphone or tablet to control the zones via the iZone App
The CEPC, if used, is provided primarily for the commissioning and set-up of the AC system by the installers and as a backup in the event of Wi-Fi failing
Zones can be temperature controlled by adding iZone sensors and an induct temperature sensor
The Naked 410 & 415 series is for zone and AC unit control
iZone 410 & 415 can be configured as 0-8 zones or 9-14 zones by adding a zone extension

Zones can be temperature controlled by adding iZone sensors and an induct temperature sensor
The iZone 420 & 425 series is for zone and AC unit control
iZone 420 & 425 can be configured as 0-8 zones or 9-14 zones by adding a zone extension
