Daikin Compatibility: Will connect to most ducted models with a P1 / P2 terminal in the FCU and the current Daikin controller can run the unit
Please see below for the instruction on how to connect and configure iZone with DAIKIN VRV.

Can use RA, Zones, Master and RF as controlling sensor
Polarity is not critical
Master/Slave options do not work with C325D2
1️⃣ P1 / P2: Connect to the P1 and P2 terminals in the Daikin FCU. Polarity is not critical
2️⃣ iZone C225 module: Ensure the correct C325 module is connected for the AC unit make it is controlling
3️⃣ P1 / P2: Connect the P1 / P2 cable from the Daikin FCU to here. Polarity is not critical
4️⃣ Shielded cable: Shielded, 2 core, twisted pair cable must be used and is not supplied by iZone
C325D - Daikin VRV Setup Tips
Remove iZone controller from the P1/ P2 connection
Turn off the power to the unit / condenser for 15mins
Connect the Daikin controller to the unit while the power is off
After the 15mins then turn the unit back on and put the unit through the test cycle “usually takes around 15 mins but could take longer”
After the test mode confirm that the unit runs in both HEAT and COOL
DO NOT power cycle the unit at this time
6. Turn off the unit via the Daikin control “stop the Fan from running”
7. Remove the Daikin controller and connect up the iZone control via the P1/ P2 connection
If using the C325D2 module the iZone system should connect normally and not require the above procedures
DAIKIN VRV SET UP PROCEDURE BEFORE INSTALLING THE IZONE CONTROLLERS
Contractor to commission and run TEST mode on the Daikin VRV System as per Daikin’s standard procedure. During this process Daikin wired Controllers to be connected to EACH Fan Coil Unit.
After Commissioning, and test run / addressing procedures have been completed. Using the Daikin remote Controller for each Fan Coil Unit, set up Static pressures and other relevant parameters that are required for each Fan Coil Unit.
Once all the parameters have been set, one Remote Controller / Fan Coil Unit will have to be set as the Master or Primary Unit.
Decide which Fan Coil Unit / Remote Controller will be the primary unit. Usually this will be the living area . This Fan Coil Unit / Remote Controller needs to be set as the Master or Primary.
All remote controllers should have this icon Flashing on top of the screen.
To set the Fan Coil Unit / Remote Controller as primary system ( Selection Eligibility) Press Mode once, this will turn on the back light, then press MODE Selector a second time. The ICON will disappear from the primary Remote controller. Once the Flashing ICON has disappeared from the remote Controller Screen means this remote is the Primary Controller.
The icon will appear on the other remote controllers which denotes it is a secondary Controller. (See attached information on how to set Controller Eligibility)
Once the above Procedures have been completed ONLY then disconnect the Daikin Remote Controllers and install the iZone CPU and controllers.
If iZone Controllers are installed before the above procedures are completed, and the Daikin Remote Controllers are disconnected while the icon on each Remote controller is flashing. Then the Fan Coil Units will operate, However the condenser will not start.
