If your screen is continuously rebooting without you touching it there could be an issue with the communication with the bridge or CPU.

In order to rectify this problem you can try the following steps:

1️⃣ Unplug the iZone Wi-Fi bridge and reset the wall control panel:

Find the iZone Wifi bridge and unplug it and reset the wall control panel and plug in the wifi bridge again.

There is a reset button that will need to be pressed on the screen

  • If in Landscape the button will be in the bottom left corner underneath the screen

  • If in Portrait the button will be on the top left corner on the side

Once the button is pressed the screen will go blank but if you touch the screen to wake it up you will be presented with a start-up screen. Once that sequence is finished check if you are able to see the AC controls.

2️⃣ Powercycle the entire AC system including the iZone System:

If the screen continues to reboot even after the next step is to hard reset the entire AC system including the iZone System.

In order to do the hard reset of the entire Aircon you can find the power source to it or the oscillator and turn it off for 15 min and bring it back on, this should reset the entire system and the Aircon icons should come back on the wall control panel.

3️⃣ Check the zone damper status:

If resetting the screen and power-cycling the entire system does not resolve the issue, we would suggest you to check the zone damper status.

In order to check the zone damper status you need to go to settings > Configurations > configure Air conditioner > password: wamfud > Options > press down arrow multiple times > zone damper status > zone damper status should say OK for the zones which you are using. (if you are using 4 zones, it should say OK in front of the first 4 zones, the rest of them will say not detected)

If the zone you are using says not detected then we would recommend you to call your installer and ask them to check your zone motors.

4️⃣ If the zone damper status is Ok and the screen is still frozen after performing the reset and power cycle then we would recommend you to contact your installer and change the wall controller and CPU to the latest version of the firmware.
