CACDS is showing red cross on app.

  • If a red cross appears next to the light icon in the device summary or the app indicates that the device is unplugged, there are two potential causes.

  • First, the antenna of CACDS may be loose.

  • second, there may be a communication issue between the bridge and CACDS.

    To address this problem, please attempt to secure the antenna on CACDS tightly. Alternatively, try tightening the antenna on COCB. If the problem persists, consider repairing the CACDS with the wall controller.
