Trouble Shooting - CNEM -

If you have connected it to the multiplexer (CNEM) and one of the screens is blank, the possible cause could be a faulty port or a faulty cable.

• Please try plugging the screen into a different port on the CNEM to see if that resolves the issue.

• If the problem persists, replace the CAT5 cable.

• If it still doesn't work, then please replace the screen, although it's less likely, the screen might be faulty.
