if the lights on the wall controllers are not working but the zones are working this means that there is an issue with the wall controller.

In this scenario, we recommend contacting your installer to replace the 110-wall control panel if you are in the eastern states. However, if you are in Perth, you can book a service request from the link available HERE and our service technician will  book an appointment to replace it for you
