No Comms Screen to CCPU showing up on the screen:

If you are seeing the no Comms to CCPU, there could be issue with your CAT 5 cable as well. If that is the case we recommend you to perform the below steps to rectify the issue.

Check the pin on each side of the cable as the color order of the cable should be correct as shown in the photo below.

 

make sure no plastic part of the connection is covering the pins,

If duct tape is used to pull the cable up or down throughout the cavity or conduit make sure no piece of the duct tape is left on the connection ends.

Using a LAN cable connector to extend the cable or connect two CAT cables is not recommended, could lead to no comms error on the screen.

If doing a retrofit job and using an existing CAT cable, to prevent noise feedback/issues on the screen, please make sure the CAT cable is shielded.

If both connection end of the cables are crimped due to a fix, please make sure the color order of the strings are correct (WE CAN ADD THE CAT ETHERNET CABLE CONNECTION PHOTO).
