One of the zones 9-14 or the iSave is not working

If you have 9-14 zones installed at your house and one of the zones from zone 9 to zone 14 are not working or if your iSave is not working, This represents that one of the port on the network extender CEXT is faulty and you might need to replace the CEXT.
In Case, if you have some ports available. For example, if you have 9-13 zones installed then you can try to perform skip port as well. In order to do so, you need to unplug the zone motor from the faulty port and plug it back into the unused port. After doing so click on settings > Configurations > configure Air conditioner > password: wamfud > Options > press the down arrow multiple times > Skip zone port > Select the faulty port and that port will be skipped.
However, if you do not have any port available, Then we will recommend you to replace the CEXT as you will not be able to perform skip port function.
