CACRSW TROUBLESHOOTING Red Cross/ App(Device Unpluged)

  • First, the antenna of CACRSW may be loose.

  • second, there may be a communication issue between the bridge and CARDSW.

    To address this problem, please attempt to secure the antenna on CACRSW tightly. Alternatively, try tightening the antenna on COCB. If the problem persists, consider repairing the CACRSW with the wall controller.
