The zone is working in reverse

If the zone is acting in reverse i.e, when you open it closes and when you close it opens up. There could be free reasons for that to happen. In this scenario, you can follow the steps below in order to rectify the issue.

Check the color order on the wire ends.

Sometimes the wrong color order in the RJ45 wire connector can cause the zone motor to reverse the action and this can be rectified by just fixing the color order of the connectors.

Check the zone motor brand.

If the color of the wires is in the correct order on both of the connectors and the issue persists, you can check the brand of the zone motor. SIEMENS motor work in reverse with the iZone system.
