If you have used a joiner to connect 2 CDC cables because you needed a longer cable, you might face issues controlling the zones as a joiner is not recommended and can cause a miss or no communication between two ends.

We recommend using one long cable in case if you need one so it will have a streamlined connection between the CPU and the zone motor.
