Hot Spot Led is Flashing Continuously on the Smart Hub
If the Hotspot LED (link icon) is flashing continuously, and the iZone Hub is not connecting with the Nova controller, please follow the steps below to troubleshot.
Troubleshooting by resetting the COCBH
Press and hold the PAIR button on the smart hub for 60 seconds to reset the hotspot.
Once the reset is successful, all the lights on the hub will flash at the same time.
Now try connecting the Nova to the hub’s hotspot again.
Using the Ethernet Cable
Connect the Nova wall controller using Wi-Fi and the Smart Hub (COCBH) to the modem/router by using the supplied ethernet cable.
Please check if the Nova controller is now able to detect the hub.
If the issue persists despite these steps, the iZone hub may be faulty and might need replacement
iZone R&D is being displayed as the SSID on the Wi-Fi settings
If you're attempting to connect the Nova through a hotspot and it's not connecting—if you don't see the SSID number in the Wi-Fi settings but see "R and D" instead—this indicates that the bridge is faulty. In this situation, the hub will need to be replaced.
