If The Light Is Dim
If the light appears dim or is not reaching full brightness, follow these steps:
For Smart Downlights, ensure the brightness level is set to maximum in the app or control panel. Adjust if necessary.
Check if there are any effects applied causing the light to dim.
If the light is connected to a Dimmer Module, make sure the brightness is set to 100%.
After completing these steps, the light should return to its normal brightness.
