If The Light Is Dim

If the light appears dim or is not reaching full brightness, follow these steps:

• For Smart Downlights, ensure the brightness level is set to maximum in the app or control panel. Adjust if necessary.

• Check if there are any effects applied causing the light to dim.

• If the light is connected to a Dimmer Module, make sure the brightness is set to 100%.

After completing these steps, the light should return to its normal brightness.
