IOS HOME APP CONTROL

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

  • Turn on/off, Set mode, Set fan speed, Setpoint

Apple HomeKit only has the following three mode options: Heat, Cool & Auto

 

 

 

ZONES

  • On/Off, Setpoint

When turned on, by default the zone would be in Open mode, adjust setpoint will change the zone's mode to Climate

 

 

 

LIGHTS

  • On/Off, Brightness, Colour, Colour Temperature

Dimmer light doesn’t have colour and colour temperature settings

 

GARAGE DOOR

  • Open/Close

 

SMART PLUG AND RELAY MODULE

  • On/Off

 

ROLLER BLIND OR CURTAIN

  • On/Off, Position

 

IRRIGATION

  • On/Off

 

RANAME / REMOVE

  • You can rename components or remove it from HomeKit in Settings

 

SIRI JARGON FOR IZONE HOME CONTROL

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

  • Turn on/off:

    • Hey Siri, turn on the iZone Air

    • Hey Siri, turn off the iZone Air

 

  • Set the mode:

    • Hey Siri, set the iZone Air to heat mode

      • Modes available: heat, cool, auto

 

  • Set the fan speed:

    • Hey Siri, turn the iZone Air speed to low

      • Fan speeds available: low, medium, high, auto. *may vary according to different A/C unit maker

 

  • Set the set point:

    • Hey Siri, set the iZone Air to 25 degrees

    • Hey Siri, set the iZone Air temperature higher

    • Hey Siri, set the iZone Air temperature lower

    • Hey Siri, make the iZone Air cooler

    • Hey Siri, make the iZone Air warmer

 

  • Zones: Open (On) / Close (Off) Zones

    • Hey Siri, turn on the Kitchen Zone

    • Hey Siri, turn off the Kitchen Zone

 

LIGHTS

  • Turn on/off

    • Hey Siri, turn on the Lounge Light

    • Hey Siri, turn off the Lounge Light

 

  • Set colour::

    • Hey Siri, set the Lounge Light to red

      • Options available: colour names

 

  • Set temperature:

    • Hey Siri, set the Lounge Light to bright white.

      • Options available(ordered from warm to cold): candlelight, incandescent, warm white, cool white, daylight, snow, ivory, ghost white, bright white

    • Hey Siri, set the Lounge Light warmer

    • Hey Siri, set the Lounge Light cooler

 

  • Set brightness:

    • Hey Siri, set the Lounge Light brightness to 25%

    • Hey Siri, dim the Lounge Light

    • Hey Siri, brighten the Lounge Light

 

IRRIGATION SPRINKLERS

  • Start/Stop

    • Hey Siri, start the Front lawn Sprinkler

    • Hey Siri, stop the Front lawn Sprinkler

 

SMART PLUGS AND RELAY MODULES

  • Turn On/Off

    • Hey Siri, turn on the Pool Pump

    • Hey Siri, turn off the Fan
