The app is not connecting with Wi-Fi
There are a number of reasons why the iZone Home App is not working. Following are a few things that you can check to rectify the problem
Check if the WiFi bridge is installed and connected to the Wi-Fi modem via ethernet cable.
You have to pair the bridge with the screen by pressing the pair button on the bridge and the wall control panel at the same time.
The lights on the bridge will move in a circular motion till it pairs up.
Once it is paired with the iZone system, check on the bridge if the pair light, iZone Worldwide light, ethernet connectivity, and wireless led lights are on.
iZone Worldwide LED and the bottom light should be static, however other lights should be flickering.
Connect the phone under the same wifi and open the iZone Home App. The app should pick up the system itself.
