iZone device not working on Worldwide Account:

There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to use the iZone device on a worldwide account.

in order to rectify the issue you can start by checking if the wifi Bridge is configured properly. you can find information HERE.

If the bridge is set up properly and you are able to use the iZone device under the Wi-Fi connection try to log in to the worldwide account and check if devices load there as well.

However, If the issue persists, Check if the device is showing online in the manage device section.

If the device is offline, follow the steps below:

Check if the bridge is connected to a LAN port. If it is already connected, try swapping the cable to a different LAN port on the modem and try the App.

If there’s iZone wall controller mounted as well, please follow Config (or Settings/Config) > insert system password wamfud > WIFI bridge Configuration > check the IP address matches your WIFI network local IP address. If it is showing 255.255.255.255 or 0.0.0.0, it means the bridge has no access to your network.

Then check the bridge compatibility as some of the WiFi routers can have compatibility issues with iZone Wifi Bridge.
