Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Internet Connection:

    • Ensure the site has an active internet connection.

    • Test usability by browsing a website or doing a speed test.

  2. Check Local Network Detection:

    • Confirm that at least one iZone Hub is detected on the local network.

    • Use the iZone app or controller to verify hub connectivity.

  3. Verify Wall Controller Time:

    • Check if the wall controller displays the correct time.

    • If incorrect, tap on the time (on the home page) to adjust and set the correct time.
